Going Shopping

I got this super cute picture of the girls a couple of days ago. They were pushing their shopping cart together around and around the couch, giggling the whole time. That's Anna on the left and Emma on the right.

Little Gamers

Over the past month or so the girls (especially Emma) have really become interested in video games. Emma kept getting into the entertainment center and pulling out a controller. Then she would assume video game position (laying on the couch) and mess with the controller while staring at the tv! Its very funny. Brandon got this picture of her playing with me.

So Brandon bought them some Disney Princess video games from the toy department at WalMart. They love them!! Emma will get one and hand it to you while she plays the other. If you don't take it, she gets mad. If you take it but don't play with it, she gets mad.

Here we are playing a three-way Tetris battle :) They got distracted by the camera and I won.

Good As New

Anna got her cast off and her pins out on Monday. They were supposed to take the cast off Friday, but when they turned on the loud cast-cutting machine, she flipped out and they decided that it would be much easier if they just took off the cast at the same time that they took the pins out.

So we had to be at the hospital at 6:45 Monday morning. They didn't have to do an IV, just gave her some gas in a mask. She was pretty mad when they finished, but a little apple juice and Cheerios got her spirits up pretty quickly. Her arm still is a little stiff and she has two cuts on each side of her elbow, but overall seems to be doing good. Even better, we haven't had any vomiting or diarrhea since coming home from the hospital.
